As we continue to grow, we’re looking two Key Account Manager (m/f/d) (North & South) of Belgium.
Your Mission
- Promote and drive the adoption of Orion’s pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region.
- Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets.
- Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.
- Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia.
- Continuously monitor competitor activity and market developments.
Your Profile - A completed degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or a pharmaceutical background.
- At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of English
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory
- Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills
- High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Organizational skills and resilience
- High social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team
