Our customer is a global leader in automatic lubrication technology — they deliver automatic lubrication systems that extend the life of machinery, increase uptime, and improve operational efficiency for a broad variety of market segments, such as: construction, heavy machinery, agriculture, industrial equipment, port operations, transport, and similar.

Account Manager Industrial Solutions - Wallonia

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will own the full commercial responsibility for the Wallonia region, maintaining and developing the industrial customer base. Amongst your responsibilities we highlight:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle for all product lines.
  • Grow revenue through active prospecting and customer acquisition.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and end users.
  • Visit customers regularly across Wallonia and represent the company at trade shows & events.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
  • Monitor competitive activity and communicate customer feedback to drive future product development.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Engineering, Accounting and HQ teams.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain CRM updates.

We are looking for someone with the following background:

  • Technical education (mechanics, electronics or similar) and the ability to understand technical products.
  • Experience in industrial sales (OEM, dealer, or technical solution selling).
  • Strong commercial drive; resilient, autonomous, entrepreneurial, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years as Account Manager.
  • Experience with Salesforce and proficient in MS Office.
  • Native-level French. Good command of Dutch and English
