Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our cutting-edge Aerospace Engineering team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire design process - from the first sketch of an idea to the final production-ready component. You’ll have the opportunity to design next-generation aerospace systems, refine existing assemblies, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in flight technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications—from concept through to manufacturing.
• Revise and optimize existing designs for improved performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Oversee multiple complex projects, balancing technical excellence with on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, manufacturing requirements, and customer specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver world-class products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proven experience with CAD software—strong preference for SolidWorks proficiency.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design-for-manufacture principles.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• A passion for innovation in aerospace design and continuous improvement.

Compensation

• Competitive salary: €3,000 – €7,500 per month, commensurate with experience and expertise.
