AP ACCOUNTANT

What will you do as AP Accountant at Stephex?

Invoice processing and supplier management:

• Verify, record, and monitor incoming invoices accurately.
• Prepare payments and maintain correct supplier accounting records.

Clear communication & collaboration:

• Liaise efficiently with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Support purchasing, logistics, and controlling departments with relevant financial information.

Structure & process improvement:

• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closings.
• Contribute ideas to optimize and automate the AP process.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant experience in AP or general accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and precise working style.
• Clear communicator, team player, and quick to adapt.
• Fluent in Dutch; proficiency in English or French is a plus.
• Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
