What you will do: Administrative Management:

Drafting reports, managing databases (Filemaker), and handling translations. Board Support:

Logistics and minutes for Boards of Directors and Joint Committees. External Relations:

Serving as the key interface for unions, members, and public authorities (SPF/ONSS). Accounting Support:

Invoice encoding, budget follow-up, and UBO register management.

Your profile: Degree in Office Management, Administration, or Accounting. Experience in a

parastatal or institutional structure

is a major asset. Fluent in

Dutch & English ; French is a strong plus. Organized, rigorous, and discreet with excellent writing skills.

What we offer: €3,500 – €4,000 gross/month 37h / 39h schedule

with a salary bonus scheme. DKV Hospitalization insurance
