What you will do:

  • Administrative Management: Drafting reports, managing databases (Filemaker), and handling translations.
  • Board Support: Logistics and minutes for Boards of Directors and Joint Committees.
  • External Relations: Serving as the key interface for unions, members, and public authorities (SPF/ONSS).
  • Accounting Support: Invoice encoding, budget follow-up, and UBO register management.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Office Management, Administration, or Accounting.
  • Experience in a parastatal or institutional structure is a major asset.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a strong plus.
  • Organized, rigorous, and discreet with excellent writing skills.

What we offer:

  • €3,500 – €4,000 gross/month
