We are currently recruiting an Assistant Store Manager who will be glad to join an Italian, modern and dynamic fashion brand in our retail store in Antwerp.As first support of the Store Manager, you will:Support the store manager in delivering training / coaching sessions on product knowledge, CRM, Customer service, brand presentation and visual merchandising, taking care of business guidelinesSupport the store manager in planning working rotasMonitor KPIs and team sales performance and prepare complete reports for the Area ManagerSubstitute your store manager in his/her dailiy tasks in the shop when absentProvide an excellent service to customers and grant them the best shopping experienceActivate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the concession economic resultsMonitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floorPROFILEPrevious experience (at least 2 years) in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands and in team managementAbility to work autonomously and in a dynamic environmentAbility to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standardsExcellent communication skills across all levelsStrong cooperative attitudeCustomer oriented, organised and with a positive constructive attitude
