Inclusive, dynamic and stimulating company, Twinset has ambitious goals where resources are a great priority with Development Growth and Training opportunities.Twinset is looking for the Assistant Store Manager for its store in Maasmechelen Village Outlet.Reporting to the Store Manager, Our Company is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager for our boutique in Maasmechelen.The ideal candidate, in collaboration with the Store Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:Manage all processes of the Store: sales, supplies, orders, preparation to sale, reporting, etc;Manage the development plans for the Store in collaboration with the Store Manager;Manage selection, training and development processes in according with the store needs;Ensure the proper management and implementation of sales, by monitoring KPI's and reporting of the store;Visual merchandising in according to guidelines; constantly maintain processes alignment with our Corporate Direction.Success Profile:2-years experience in a Fashion Retail Company in a similar role;Brilliant relational skills, goal-oriented attitude, team playerProfessional knowledge of Englishn (French or Italian are a plus).
