About Us: At FaciliTeam, we are engaged every day in the technical maintenance of our clients' buildings. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork, we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team.

Job Description: As an Account Manager, you will manage the entire client relationship and be responsible for your client portfolio, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You are a proactive problem-solver who approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee all client activities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and profitability through diligent follow-up and service delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive maintenance plans tailored to client needs.
  • Address client requests promptly and effectively, understanding their requirements.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes for services.
  • Select and coordinate with technicians or subcontractors to perform necessary work.
  • Establish and maintain service schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Generate and manage client invoices efficiently.
  • Review and validate invoices received from suppliers to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the management information system for effective tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a strong background in client management.
  • Proven experience in managing technical maintenance, such as HVAC, electrical, or fire safety systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Autonomous and flexible, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent team player, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Fluent in Dutch , ok in French and English.
