Context of the mission/objective(s) of the job We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Developer with a strong background in developing and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Responsibilities Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including custom plugins, PCF controls, and model-driven apps Implement complex business logic using C#, .NET, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Create and maintain custom user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Work with Microsoft Dataverse (CDS) for data management and integration Develop and automate workflows and processes using Power Automate Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to design, develop, and implement new features Utilize DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Requirements Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical: Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization Plugins (C#, .NET): Strong experience in developing custom plugins using C# and .NET PowerApps Component Framework (PCF): Proficient in developing custom components using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS JavaScript: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripts and UI enhancements Microsoft Dataverse (CDS): Experience with data modeling and integration using Dataverse Power Automate: Experience in automating workflows and business processes Model-Driven Apps: Expertise in developing and customizing model-driven apps within the Power Platform Agile DevOps: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines ReactJS: Strong skills in developing responsive and interactive user interfaces Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical: In-depth technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform PySpark: Experience with PySpark for data processing and analytics is a plus
