Our client is a well known Belgian Organisation active in the Food retail sector.

Active for more than 50 years and with more than 300 employees, they are delivering high quality service to their clients.

Following multiple changes in the structure and in order to bring the company toward the future, they are actively looking for a new Brand Manager to transform the marketing strategy.


As the successful Brand Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Your most important task is to bring the position of our Belgian pride to the highest possible level.

  • Reporting to the Director Operations & Marketing.

  • Drive & manage the change & transformation of the structure to fit the future and the market reality

  • Develop a short and long-term brand strategies is an ideal mix to positively influence the positioning of the brand.

  • Develop strategy toward more (new) visitors and more loyalty.

  • Contribute to the strategic plan and translate the calendar into the development of campaigns across all channels: ATL - Digital - CRM - POS -

  • Monitor closely market trends and consumer insights.

  • Follow the latest media trends closely so that we reach our target groups.

  • Analyze the results and help determine the ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team

  • Lead a team compose of a marketing project manager, a digital marketer & a Graphic Designer.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders related to the marketing activities.

  • Manage the communication budget

As the successful Brand Manager, you will have the following requirements:

  • At least a a bachelor's degree in Marketing - or equivalent by experience

  • Demonstrate 5 to 8 years of experience in the marketing field - ideally in Retail or FMCG sector

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful On & offline marketing strategies that result in an increased market share of the brand.

  • Experience in Transformation or change management will be consider as an asset

  • You are a People Person who likes to communicate with stakeholders and can lift a team to a higher level.

  • Lead by example is at the core of our client value

  • Strong analytical skills and abilities to manage a marketing budget from A to Z

  • Experience in People management will be consider as a strong asset

  • Fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English.
