An aviation company is seeking a Business Controller to join its fast-growing team.

The company is experiencing rapid expansion, driven by Europe’s massive investments in the defense sector to strengthen its strategic independence.

As a key part of this growth, the company is actively acquiring other businesses across Europe, following an ambitious pan-European acquisition strategy.

Business Controller - What will your role be?

• Improve financial and business reporting processes
• Support budgeting, monthly results tracking, and performance reporting
• Monitor project costs, profitability, billing, and margins
• Analyze KPIs, investment requests, and advise on CAPEX/OPEX
• Assist with annual accounts, audits, and ExCom reporting

Business Controller - Who are you?

• Master's degree in finance or equivalent
• Min 2 years experience in Controlling
• Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a big plus.
