BNN Facility Manager Permanent position The BNN Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all facilities within the BNN region. Facility Operations Management Implement and monitor facility policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, electrical, and mechanical systems. Oversee energy management and sustainability initiatives. Monitor and optimize facility performance, safety, and reliability. Space Planning & Workplace Management Lead space planning and ensure effective use of office or site layouts. Vendor & Contract Management Manage contracts and relationships with facility-related vendors: maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, and technical services. Negotiate cost-efficient agreements and ensure high-quality service delivery. Develop and manage the regional facility operations budget. Track facility expenses and ensure cost control without compromising quality or safety. Health, Safety, Risk & Compliance Ensure all facilities follow safety laws, building regulations, environmental requirements, and corporate guidelines. Proven experience with vendor management and workplace operations. Project management experience (relocations, refurbishments). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work across cultures and manage multiple sites. Financial acumen and cost‑control capability. Language : NL-FR-ENG
