For its Benelux team based in the European Head office in Belgium, Oudenaarde, Samsonite is currently looking for a result-driven Commercial Assistant –Parttime (30h/wk) In this role, you become part of the Benelux Office Team reporting to the Office Manager. You will be mainly responsible for providing professional assistance to the Department. You will also build and maintain excellent relationships with the customers and end consumers, with the product and planning team, the sales force and any other internal and external parties. Key Responsibilities · Answer in a clear and courteous way any queries from customers and end consumers to maximize the customer loyalty. This covers product information, availability of products, price requests, service after sales info, etc. · Process all customer orders on an accurate and timely basis: replenishment orders, fair orders, single piece orders, pre-selling orders, etc. · Ensure a strict follow up of deliveries in close collaboration with the sales force, the planning department and internal logistics. · Promptly resolve complaints and disputes from customers and end consumers in a courteous and efficient way and will manage credit and debit notes resulting from a price inaccuracy (missing discount), a delivery issue (missing products, differences in quantity, returns), etc. · Provide constant support to the sales force. · Handle SAS requests in a professional way. · Keep the customer constantly informed of possible issues, delays, ... in the deliveries. · Maintain an up-to-date product knowledge. · Offer a constant outstanding customer service. · Provide general support to other projects whenever required. · Be multilingual with proficiency in Dutch and French.
