Structure the company's future growth & consolidate existing developments Define en enrich strategic objectives with your experience, ideas, energy & creativity Manager and develop a motivated commercial team, enhancing their skills and performance. Generates sales through hand-on involvement. Create strong relationships with Key Accounts (Benelux & German speaking markets), focusing on a personalised approach. Oversee the full scope of the company's operations in the Benelux region. Lead with a strategic, commercial, and hands-on mindset while excelling in people management. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will possess: Significant commercial experience and proven skills in sales management. Experience in related sector. A strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational abilities. Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine desire to contribute to an ambitious strategy. Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to excel. Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
