Integra is looking for its office in Waterloo, Belgium OR Zug, Switzerland for a Commercial Operator

As the Commercial Operator, you will act as a key link between traders, chartering, finance, contract and logistics partners, ensuring the smooth execution of commercial contracts and logistics flows across the petrochemical supply chain.

What you will do

Commercial & Contract Operations

• Manage operational execution of international chemical and gas trading contracts

• Partner closely with traders to ensure smooth deal execution

• Coordinate with internal teams including chartering, finance, legal, and insurance

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Coordinate global movements via vessels, barges, ISO tanks, rail, and truck

• Work with shipping lines, terminals, inspectors, and logistics providers

• Monitor shipments and resolve operational or documentation issues

Documentation & Finance

• Prepare key trade documentation including transport documents, invoices, and Letters of Credit

• Support receivables monitoring, payments, and logistics cost tracking

• Assist with invoicing, demurrage claims, and month-end processes

Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners

• Support efficient and reliable global supply chains

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the petrochemical or chemical trading industry, preferably in operations or logistics
  • Experience handling commercial contracts, order processing, and logistics coordination in a trading environment
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, transport documentation, and Letters of Credit administration
  • Familiarity with chemical or gas cargo operations is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
