- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities (both hunting and farming).
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored event solutions that meet their goals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) to guarantee flawless event execution.
Your Profile
- Trilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- Either a smart and driven young graduate eager to learn and succeed in sales, or an experienced sales professional passionate about commercial work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- A strong desire to excel and earn based on your performance.
