General description   Gives operational communication support to the Communication Business Partners whilst collaborating closely with other support functions in the business by (helping to) execute clear, effective, streamlined, consistent and multiway internal & external corporate communications leading to more focus and engagement amongst key stakeholders. This function reports directly to a Coordinating Communication Business Partner.  Support the Communication Business Partners to execute their communications plans and bring the strategic key messages across by creating compelling and effective written and (audio)/ visual communications adapted to the channel / media used and the needs of the target groups and adapted to the new trends.   Help the Communication Business Partners with the creation, adaptation & maintenance of their divisional or local media in line with the overall planning to ensure as much consistency as possible throughout the company. Make sure new communication trends are integrated to ensure a contemporary way of communicating.    Support the Communication Business Partners and other business support functions to create effective & interesting meetings & events for the business to engage the audience in the most optimal way.   Support the Communication Business Partners to better listen to the needs of the audiences by helping with the measurement of communication effectiveness, following up on surveys, creating tools for more interactivity, …   Main responsibilities   Build and maintain effective stakeholder relations across the organisation to gain communication insights. Support the communication business partners and leadership to listen and discuss with the key stakeholders (mainly employees) to better understand their needs. (Give support to) execute surveys, polls, interviews, focus groups, workshops, … to encourage bottom-up communication and dialogue.  Support the communication business partner to execute their communication strategy and plans. Make sure all communications are well planned in the corporate planning to ensure a good spread and pace of communications throughout the group.   Support the communication business partner to create interesting, effective and compelling communications (written, audio, visual, audiovisual) with the appropriate tone of voice and in line with information we want to focus on (translate our strategy, purpose, vision to make sure we speak with one voice).   Participate creatively and actively to group-wide communications campaigns and events to mobilise employees in the division around Euroclear’s purpose, strategic initiatives (EGS, etc.), culture evolutions, business & organisational transformations etc. Support the creation of transversal, global communications.  Support the communication business partner to roll out specific divisional or local communication initiatives to promote information and news from the division and ensure all key stakeholders speak with one voice. Develop divisional specific campaigns, events, presentations, posts, … regarding the company’s purpose, strategic initiatives, culture evolutions, transformations, employer branding, etc. Ensure alignment with the overall communication strategy (branding, uniformity in approach).  Support the communication business partner to develop the internal & external divisional multichannel media mix. Help to coordinate events (townhall meetings and other divisional or locak key meetings), curating content on the Hub (the employee intranet platform), preparing presentations for events, prepare social media posts, … to ensure proactive management of engagement actions, fostering morale and loyalty amongst staff.   Collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Group Communication and Culture Team (the other communication business partners, the Centre of Excellence and external communications) to ensure coherence and uniformity in the communication content and media approach.   Champion the importance of communication best practices and regularly share learnings and inspirations within the (Communication Business Partners & Advisors) team whilst implementing learnings from others.   Share communication expertise with others who want / need to improve their skills and give trainings and presentations on defined and relevant topics when appropriate.  Required Skills  General Communication Skills:   Listening: you are a good active listener, and you can easily understand the needs of your stakeholders.   (Copy)writing: You have writing, editing and proofreading skills alongside a ‘journalistic’ ability to source stories from employees and stakeholders (storytelling). You can write press releases or content for different media.   Speaking: You communicate fluently in English; additional languages (Dutch / French or local languages) are an asset.   Presenting & facilitating: You create interesting presentations, adapted to the audience. You can present in a way that engages the public.   (Audio)visual Design: you know the basics of graphical design and video editing to execute the basics / brief partners in an appropriate way. You can devise appealing, fit-for-purpose communications collateral, executing them while working with Group Communication & Marketing colleagues and external agencies.  Communication Management Skills   Media Management: you have a good overview of existing and upcoming (new) internal (digital platform, intranet, newsletters, AI, etc.) and external media (social media, press) and know how to manage / coordinate them or you are eager to learn to know them.  Community Management: You are at ease using social media and networks for both an internal and external audience.  Event Management: you are able to organise / coordinate events collaborating with key partners (or willing to learn this)   Strategic Communication Skills   Strategy Communication: You can create coherent and to the point corporate story with a consistent look and feel for the different stakeholders, including our own colleagues.  Innovation: you know the latest communication trends and you implement the relevant new tools to improve the communication work.  People Skills   Networking: You have good relationship-building skills   Collaboration: you are a collaborative team player, eager to learn from others and influence as appropriate. You promote the team before yourself and are willing to deliver on common objectives.
