We are looking for a Senior Conversational (AI) Designer - Dutch Speaker
Within DESIGN Chapter Area, the Conversational Design team creates the dialogues of the Proximus Digital Assistant (chat and voice Bot), improves customer user experience and responds to the digital needs of today's customer.
As Conversational (AI) Designer (native language: Dutch), you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the implementation and delivery of conversational bots (chat+voice).
You will report to the Chapter Owner responsible for the designers working at Omnicare where customer journeys are key. Alternately, you will sit with designers from the chapter and with other content designers on Mondays. You will spend the other days of the week with your squad members.
Train your colleagues in this expertise (on the job, via workshops?) and bring them to next level.
Create conversations in Dutch and English, using your strong writing skills to craft clear, concise, and engaging dialogues that reflect our tone of voice
Train our bots to better understand what end-users say (in collaboration with AI specialists).
Monitor and analyze conversation logs.
As a Conversational (AI) Designer, your work will be used in both sales and after-sales contexts for different customer segments. We are looking for people with a strong affinity for digital customer needs, who are customer-centric (familiar with user research), dare to jump in the world of AI and have a flexible, positive attitude, especially in relation to change and digital transformation.
Together with the squad members you aim the best digital experience for customer with a higher CSAT and containment rate in the bot.
Excellent written/editorial and verbal skills in Dutch & English, French is a plus - a solid grasp of grammar, syntax, semantics, and how people use language is crucial
Proactivity and self-direction
Proven experience with configuring/setting up interactions in conversational bots (chat voice)
Demonstrable experience with digital communication (chat, messaging, social media...) in a professional context
Experience with voice messaging is a plus (design for voice IVR, Alexa, Google Assistant...)
Familiar with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and AI technologies is important. While you don't need to be an expert, understanding how these technologies work and how they can be applied is beneficial
Realizes how conversational bots (chat voice) should be designed from the point of view of both design and copy
Team player and can collaborate well with several profiles like NLP Designers, Product Owners, business stakeholders
Good organizer
Knows how to adopt a positive mindset and attitude, even in stressful situations
Open to change related to working in a digital environment.
