At Equans, we don't just build systems – we build trust, and you are at the heart of that.Your work location: Aartselaar & Braine-l'Alleud, with regular travel to project sites for on-site follow-up and coordinationZoom on the job : analyse, advise, and monitor contractual obligations for various projects together with the project managersact as the link between the Fire, Safety, Audiovisual & Mobility divisions and the central Contract Management department of Equans Beluxbe involved from the tender phase through execution and completionsupport teams in interpreting contract clauses, SLAs, and change ordersassist the tender team in analysing contractual risks (planning, technical, financial) and prepare input for our risk selection committeesassist project managers in managing contracts with clients, consortia, subcontractors, and supplierscoordinate negotiations and compile claim files in collaboration with Legalmonitor and prioritise contractual risks and opportunities, and advise on mitigation or commercialisationcontribute to improving internal processes and tools for contract follow-upProfile Come as you are, ideally with: a master's degree in engineering, business administration, or law (or equivalent through experience)at least 5 years of experience in contract management, project control, or project management within industrial or infrastructure projects (experience with DBFM is a plus)experience with complex partnership structures and subcontractor managementthorough knowledge of public procurement legislationexcellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of French and EnglishYour strengths that make the differenceproactive relationship management; assertive and persuasive in negotiationsstrong analytical skills and the ability to accurately assess riskssolution-oriented and client-focused mindsetsystematic approach and excellent organisational skillsclear and nuanced communication style, both written and verbalOffer Want to tackle tomorrow's multi-technical challenges with us?
