Nexeo is currently looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join a leading financial institution in Belgium.About NexeoNexeo is a consultancy firm specializing in banking, finance, and insurance, supporting clients throughout their transformation projects, from business consulting to IT solution implementation.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Financial Controller, you will: Manage financial reporting: Oversee monthly and quarterly closings, ensuring accurate cost and income analysis. Conduct financial analysis: Provide in-depth cost analysis and strategic advice to senior management. Ensure compliance and reporting: Prepare financial statements and liaise with financial regulators. Coordinate audits: Act as the main contact for external auditors and follow up on open issues. Support operational teams: Respond to ad hoc financial queries from various business lines.Your Profile 0-2 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Excel.
