  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure accuracy, buildability, and compliance with European construction standards and local regulations.
  • Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to coordinate daily site activities, track progress against programme milestones, and proactively resolve technical or logistical challenges.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget targets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship meets required benchmarks and company standards.
  • Manage snagging and defect resolution processes, ensuring timely close-out of outstanding issues prior to handover.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, technical updates, and risk assessments to senior project stakeholders and client representatives.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and close-out activities, ensuring all CSA documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, inspection records) is completed and handed over accurately.
  • Promote a strong safety culture on site, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and contributing to toolbox talks and safety briefings where required.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in a CSA-focused role within large-scale construction projects, ideally in data centre, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or other mission-critical environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects within fast-paced, high-specification environments and under strict programme deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of European construction standards, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple workstreams, and maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand contract requirements and support cost control measures.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach to problem solving.
