We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager to lead a end-to-end F&O implementation for my client. Based in Genk, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure seamless delivery of ERP solutions that support business goals and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, testers, and business users.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design reviews.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and Microsoft Sure Step / Agile methodologies.
• Drive user adoption and change management during go-live and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing ERP projects, with at least 3 years focused on D365 F&O.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ERP implementations (Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules preferred).
• Ideally having a extensive Manufacturing background.
• Excellent project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus).
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
