MEP Project Manager – Data Centre Projects

€105,000 + Bonus + Travel Allowance

We're working with a leading European engineering & construction specialist delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects for global clients across the region.

With a strong pipeline of hyperscale and mission-critical builds, this is an opportunity to join a business known for delivering high-value projects with a focus on safety, quality, and technical excellence.

If you're currently operating as an MEP Project Manager and want to step into a role with full ownership of electrical and mechanical packages on major European builds, this is a strong opportunity.

The Role

• Lead delivery of electrical and mechanical packages across large-scale data centre projects
• Drive site safety and QA standards across all MEP activities
• Manage project schedules in line with client and project requirements
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• Control costs across MEP packages including labour, materials, and variations
• Review drawings, specifications, and manage technical submittals and RFIs
• Coordinate design development and BIM processes to ensure install readiness
• Manage QA/QC processes including testing, commissioning, and handover
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress and risk reporting
• Act as key point of contact for stakeholders including client, consultants, and supply chain

Requirements

• 5–10 years' experience in MEP or Project Management on large-scale construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems
• Proven experience delivering complex projects from design through to handover
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, and project costs
• Background in engineering or construction (degree or trade qualified)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data centre or critical environment experience is highly desirable
