Freelance DBT Specialist - Help us migrate & accelerate!

About the project

We're looking for a freelance DBT expert to support a small, motivated data team within a leading entertainment company. You'll help migrate and optimize digital advertising dataflows - currently built in Qlik - into a solid and modular DBT setup.

What you'll do

• Analyze current logic (in Qlik) and guide the migration to DBT using a scalable star schema approach.
• Build and optimize dataflows within a clearly defined structure.
• Coach and train the team so they can confidently maintain and evolve the setup.
• Introduce best practices to ensure a clean and future-proof data foundation.

Your profile

• Strong hands-on experience with DBT and data modeling.
• You think modular, scalable, and maintainable.
• Conceptual understanding of Qlik is a plus.
• You're a natural collaborator and enjoy knowledge sharing.
• Familiarity with Airflow and Jira is helpful.
• You're proactive, team-minded, and passionate about doing things right.
