Role Context
The Delivery Manager & Business Process Lead will act as the operational counterpart, ensuring business process completeness, cross-functional execution, and go-live readiness.
Objective
Support the Project Manager in delivering our webshop by structuring end-to-end business processes, coordinating functional readiness, and ensuring that system implementation results in an efficient and scalable wholesale operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Project Manager on delivery planning, milestones, and dependency management.
- Map current and target business processes across product onboarding, pricing, customer journey, order management, fulfilment, returns, customer service, and financial flows.
- Translate the technical mapping produced with the third-party implementation vendor into operational workflows, roles, and procedures.
- Coordinate business, IT, logistics, merchandising, and Finance to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Define governance routines, documentation, training materials, and operating standards required for go-live.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and bottlenecks and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with wholesale best practices.
- Support definition of data and operational structures (catalogue governance, customer segmentation, pricing logic, service model).
- Ensure readiness for invoicing, performance tracking, and post-go-live continuous improvement.
Relationship with Project Management Structure
- The Project Manager retains ownership of scope, timeline, vendor coordination, and technical delivery.
- The Delivery Manager ensures operational execution, business process integrity, and cross-functional readiness.
- Both roles operate as a delivery pair and jointly prepare steering committee inputs.
Profile
- Senior experience in digital commerce delivery and operating model design within B2B distribution, apparel, promotional textiles, or comparable sectors.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping and translating system design into operational workflows.
- Experience working alongside a Project Manager and external system integrator on complex programs.
- High cross-functional influence, structured execution, and strong documentation discipline.
- Familiarity with wholesale catalogue complexity, logistics integration, and multi-brand environments is required.

- End-to-end processes documented, validated, and adopted before go-live.
- Clear alignment between technical implementation and operational execution.
- Functional teams enabled with defined ownership, procedures, and KPIs.
- Improved delivery predictability and reduced post-go-live rework.
