DevOps (m/f/d)
Join our team in the Social Security business area full-time in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!
This will be your job...
- We work with a challenging tech stack and involve you in the topic of operations in an agile process right from the development stage
- You take care of the build process as well as the support and technical advice of the developers
- Your team's CI/CD pipeline automates as many development processes as possible
- You and the team take care of providing the infrastructure for the product (DMS, monitoring, logging, databases, etc.)
- You maintain contact with suppliers, data centers and municipal operators
This is what we want...
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- You already have several years of professional experience in the operation of distributed software
- Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of Linux and Docker and all the other things you need: Git, Jenkins etc.
- Ideally, you also have a good pinch of container management know-how (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
- You have initial knowledge of IT security and monitoring, alerting, etc.
- Above all: an awareness that your knowledge has a relatively short half-life and that you need to constantly refresh your knowledge
