Company DescriptionHandico Trucking was founded in 2007 as a joint venture between 2 partners who had been working together for years: Withofs Bulk Logistics and Herfurth Group. They combined their years of experience in the logistics and transport sector. The services mainly focus on container transport from the ports of Antwerp, Rotterdam and other inland terminals in Europe. Our service will be further digitalized to better serve customers. For this we are looking for a Digital Development Process Manager to work out all processes and business around this.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Development Process Manager at Handico Trucking NV located in Lanaken. The manager will be responsible for overseeing digital development projects, optimizing processes, and implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.While your primary focus will be on Handico Trucking, you will also support Withofs Bulk Logistics and Macotruck on a part-time or consulting basis. As sister companies, there are significant opportunities to align best digital practices across all three organizations. This exciting, dynamic environment offers a rewarding challenge — perfect for a driven professional looking to make a real impact and enjoy every moment of their work!Task packageYou creatively search for relevant data sources, both incoming and outgoing, and think about how to optimize data processes;You are the bridge between the users and the external partners who help us technically set up our digital process;You have some experience around data modeling, and PowerBI reporting;You manage the various teams on how to request and enter the correct and qualitative data;You develop a vision around further digitalization and new business that we can create from this in consultation with the CEO;You analyze possible market and business propositions;You develop new services/products together with our team to increase our market potential;You maintain contacts with existing and new business partners to propose and generate new digital services;Together with the CEO you set concrete objectives that are ambitious, but also feasible and realistic;You provide the necessary reporting to management to thoroughly analyze our strategies and set the necessary KPIs to clearly communicate these reports;Skills PersonalityA bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management/Computer Science or equivalent through experience;Successful experience in the transport sector are an added value;You can function well both independently and in a team;You can clearly describe what you want to achieve and set and pursue deadlines;You are eager to learn and enjoy diving deep into certain processes/systems;You are enterprising by nature and have a great sense of responsibility;You are cost-conscious and proactive;You are enthusiastic about what you do!OfferFixed full time contract and immediately available;Competitive market-conform salary package;Maaltijdcheques;Pension scheme; Hospitalization insurance; If you are interested, let us know here or email us at: javier.garcia@handico-trucking.comTalk to you soon!
