We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Director of Technical Support to join our team at our Zaventem site. In this critical leadership role you will oversee our customer technical support operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, managing solution-oriented projects, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the central service operations ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy aligning with Hologic's overall business objectives.
- Oversee the performance and development, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Identify, initiate, establish and develop strategic relationships with key organisational stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance performance, cost to serve and service quality
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement within the service operations team.
ualifications: - Established experience in service management or service operations within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management in a technical solutions environment is a significant plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
