Job Title: EHS Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

Main Mission:

Ensure the monitoring and enforcement of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) standards on construction sites, guaranteeing compliance with procedures and promoting a safe working environment for all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and hygiene regulations on site.
• Identify risk situations, propose corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Conduct regular field inspections: PPE checks, site signage, waste management, area demarcation, etc.
• Prepare detailed EHS reports and share them with management.
• Participate in safety briefings and coordination meetings.
• Raise awareness among teams about EHS best practices.

Profile Requirements:

• Technical Bachelor's degree (construction, environment, safety...) or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision or EHS control within the construction sector.
• Solid understanding of EHS regulations applicable to construction sites.
• Proficiency in EHS reporting and monitoring tools.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
• Fluent in French and English required for communication with international teams.
