We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to work on high-criticality data center projects. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) policies on construction sites, in coordination with construction teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce EHS procedures on site.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with main contractors and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in site meetings and safety reviews.
• Manage incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Train and raise awareness among teams on EHS best practices.

Profile:

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in health and safety on construction sites.

Technical Knowledge:

• Civil engineering works (earthworks, reinforced concrete, foundations).
• MEP systems: high-voltage electricity, HVAC, fire protection systems.
• Complex environments with multiple subcontractors and tight deadlines.
