You will join our European logistics team in charge of the transport and of some warehousing activities. You will build and manage relationship with logistics services and their users : plants , sales administration teams, purchasers, warehouses, transporters, … You will report to the Logistics Solutions and Distribution Center Manager. Your main responsibilities will be • Monitor, check, adjust master data in SAP o Follow up of transit time; o Calculate and maintain routes; o Maintenance of pricing conditions; o Manage database access, … • Support internal customers with any question regarding logistics master data (sales administration, purchasers, …) • Ensure the stability and accuracy of the transportation pre-invoicing process o Check and follow-up of the pre-invoicing process o Control add costs & follow up o Check transportation monthly closing • Perform other logistical and administrative tasks • You have some experience in a similar role with ERP practice (SAP preferably) • Accuracy, precision good personal organization and sense of priority • Good communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal & external customers • You can work with autonomy but you are also a good team player • You have the willingness to learn and operate in an international environment • You have a good command of English and French, Dutch is a plus. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • You'll be part of a committed, smart team, respectful for diversity. • We offer competitive compensation, training opportunities and respect for autonomy. • You will be based at our client's European Headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve.
