What you can expect:

• Accepting and processing customer inquiries about our programs relating to energy consulting, life cycle assessment and technical building equipment
• A wide range of tools and communication channels (telephone, e-mail/ticket system, etc.)
• Space to develop your own working style and personality in the workplace
• Involvement in current topics and ideas at the software development level to continuously optimize our software
• A helpful team within a familiar working environment

What you bring with you:

• Training in a commercial or technical field, or similar
• Ideally initial experience in support or the use of technical products/software
• IT affinity that enables you to quickly familiarize yourself with the functionality of our programs
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good manners and appropriate expressions
• Enjoy working in a team and have a very good command of German
