We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our users. Responsibilities: Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and authorized desktop software/applications. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workspace hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video and conferencing equipment, and peripherals. Perform general preventative maintenance on devices and software. Follow and execute instructions provided by Subject Matter Experts. Provide onsite hands-on support to TCS/Customer/OEM SMEs for installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of devices in the network and compute environment. Assist users with logged IT-related incidents. Take ownership of issues, perform problem analysis, and implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service quickly. Escalate incidents to other support teams when necessary. Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system. Maintain a high level of customer service, treating all users efficiently and respectfully. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels. Work effectively in a team and manage changing priorities. Create, maintain, and publish support documentation for end-users. Attend training to stay updated on the latest technologies and internal processes. Contribute to reporting as required. Perform other tasks as assigned, within your skillset. Required Skills: Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a strong plus). Good general understanding of IT principles, including networks, hardware, and domains. Working knowledge of leading software applications. Strong experience in end-user device hardware and software troubleshooting.
