Oversee financial reports, conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, and deliver comprehensive insights to management and/or the CEO.Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all regular aspects, including assets, fleet, and buildings.Lead, coach and support the internal team responsible for finance and administration.Act as a bridge between employees and upper management, addressing financial and administrative topics.Ownership of all legal matters related to administrative and financial affairs within the company.Engage with major strategic suppliers and partners to negotiate contracts and agreements that align with the organization’s goals.Develop and manage the organization’s budget with accurate charge back between entities.Monitor financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimise cash flow management.Supervise and support the financial and operation team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations (eg. assets, fleet, building).Develop and enforce policies that align with legal standards and organization’s goals.Ensure compliance between internal guidelines and clients/suppliers contracts.Provide support to sales teams and other departments as needed.Oversee payroll, payroll liabilities, and benefits to ensure excellent financial stability.Make challenging decisions in the best interests of the company, demonstrating sound judgment and strategic thinking.Act as the single point of contact for Movify in all matters related to financial authorities, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's financial interests.At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in finance, audit and administrative role.Perfect command of Dutch and/or French with excellent English.Proven experience in financial management, operations, and team management.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Dedicated and proactive mindset.A good sense of humour.
