Drive the full financial agenda for a Benelux perimeter with impact to a wider paneuropean environment thanks to the local cross boarder warehouse and act as a strategic co‐pilot to the CEO and leadership team.

The roleAs Finance & IT Director Benelux, you own all finance operations in a complex, multi‐country, matrix organisation.

You are a key member of the Management Team, based full‐time in Tongeren, and you shape performance, profitability and cash discipline across the region.

You will:

Lead accounting, closing, audits, tax and controlling for the Benelux perimeter.

Steer budget, forecasts and profitability analysis, consolidating Benelux results for Group reporting.

Drive cash flow, treasury and financial risk management.

Manage and develop a +15‐people finance team

Act as a business partner to Operations, Marketing & Sales, challenging plans and supporting strategic decisions.

What you bring:

Higher education in finance, accounting or audit, with 10–15 years' experience in complex, multi‐site or international environments.

Background in B2B, distribution or a subsidiary of a large group.

Full command of Dutch, English and French.

A decisive leadership style, combining strategic view, precision and the ability to arbitrate and challenge.
