As Finance Manager at Lantmännen Unibake, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the food & beverage manufacturing sector in Moeskroen, where you will help shape the further development and professionalization of the finance organization. In this context, Lantmännen Unibake Benelux is looking for a strong and hands-on Finance Manager who can bring structure, direction, and maturity to the finance organization. Your responsibilities as Finance Manager: As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in professionalizing and strengthening the financial organization: Leading monthly accounting and financial reporting at both local and group levels. Coordinating internal audits and strengthening internal control processes. Managing external audits and overseeing the annual closing process. Ensuring accurate statutory reporting for multiple European entities. Handling tax matters, including direct and indirect taxes as well as transfer pricing. Taking responsibility for working capital management and credit control. Leading, coaching, and structuring a finance team of six employees based in Londerzeel and Moeskroen. Acting as a liaison between operations, finance, and corporate stakeholders. Actively contributing to process optimization, standardization, and preparation for a future ERP implementation. Reporting to the Finance Director while collaborating with senior management and international stakeholders. Who are we looking for? You hold a university degree in finance or a related field. You have 12 to 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation, ideally across different environments. Experience within a Big 4 audit firm is a strong asset. You have proven experience in setting up and improving processes, controls, and policies (SOX knowledge is a plus). You are comfortable working within international matrix organizations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. You have experience with ERP systems; experience with implementation projects is preferred. You are an experienced people manager who brings structure, sets priorities, and helps teams grow. You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Mindset: You possess a strong "hungry wolf" mentality with a passion for optimization. You tackle problems at their core and build sustainable solutions. You are hands-on and not afraid to get involved operationally when needed. You bring calmness, structure, and clarity to changing environments. You focus strongly on team spirit and stability during transitions. Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. Experience within production or industrial environments.
