Financial Project Controller – The Role In this job, you will be the point of contact for the project managers, the sales department, the clients and the management. You will act as a bridge between them and ensure seamless and efficient communication. This includes: Establishing and monitoring financial planning and budgets: ensure the accuracy of the financial information, support the sales department in the preparation of quotes. Create and track KPIs, monitor the progress of various projects, ensure the best use of the company’s resources, optimize profitability Present the figures to the teams on the field in an educational way, along with their impact and the possibilities for improving internal processes Create reports for the company’s upper management (stocks, profit, ) Financial Project Controller – About You You have obtained a Master’s degree in finance, or in a similar field (audit, accounting, business ) You have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial environment You have an excellent level of English, along with French You can work manage various tasks simultaneously and you work well under pressure You excel at communication with different stakeholders (local teams, management, ), you can easily analyze a situation as a whole and provide the stakeholders with a clear and detailed summary of it. Financial Project Controller – The Offer A competitive salary package including: Gross yearly salary between 50,000€ and 60,000€, depending on your experience and skills A company car and fuel card Meal vouchers (8€/day) A yearly bonus, on top of the 13th month and holiday pay An hospitalization (for you and family household members) The company offers flexible working hours, extra holiday (35 days/year) as well as homeworking (1 day/week after the onboarding period).
