The Job
As a First Line SAP Support Consultant, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers. You’ll communicate directly with them to understand their questions or issues and provide first-line support where possible. Tickets that fall within your area of knowledge, you handle independently. More complex matters are clearly documented and transferred to the appropriate colleagues (e.g. our functional or technical SAP-experts).
You’ll be part of an experienced and collaborative support team that values initiative, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
