About the Role: We are supporting a leading industrial organisation in Wallonia in their search for a

senior E&I Manager

to lead maintenance for instrumentation, E&I, and automation. This is a key leadership role within the team.

You will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring operational reliability, and driving excellence in instrumentation and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage maintenance operations for instrumentation, E&I, and automation Supervise and develop the engineering team Ensure operational reliability and continuous improvement across systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and automation goals Drive projects and maintenance initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Candidate Profile: Senior-level professional with

5–15 years of experience

in E&I and maintenance engineering Strong leadership and team management experience Hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, electrical systems, and automation Fluent in French; able to work onsite full-time in Mons Experience in industrial environments preferred Able to start
