Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Define and lead the overall commercial strategy in line with brand positioning and company vision.

Build, manage, and defend a full P&L, ensuring performance within a coherent and controlled budget.

Represent the commercial function at Executive Committee level and actively defend brand interests.

Revitalize and strengthen established brands by capitalizing on their heritage and market specificity.

The Successful ApplicantProfile required

Executive-level commercial leadership experience.

Proven ability to build and manage a P&L in a structured environment.

Strong background in retail and/or managing well-established consumer brands.

Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at board level and lead complex discussions.

Results-driven, financially disciplined, and comfortable in transformation contexts.
