We are looking for a Gestionnaire de Production en Assurance to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the operational processes related to insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background in insurance, be a strong communicator, and capable of working independently while being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review incoming insurance policies and claims to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Draft and send communication regarding policy updates, renewals, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth processing of insurance requests.
• Analyze and manage the administrative aspects of policy management, including premium calculations and claims handling.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding their insurance policies and coverage options.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and file updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or a related field.
• Native proficiency in Dutch (strong written and spoken communication).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in French.
• Knowledge of MS Office and insurance management tools.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, and a team player.
• No prior experience required, recent graduates are welcome to apply.
