We are currently looking for a GL Accountant for one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical industry and located in Brussels.
Due to strong growth and expansion, the company is reinforcing its team with a GL Accountant. You will join a team of 3 people and work in close collaboration with the Finance Manager.

Manage month-end closing
Perform a full assessment of accounting policies and processes to align with best practices
Handle VAT compliance
Manage reconciliations
Take responsibility for the consolidation of the group's financial statements
Manage statutory audits and support audits for subsidiaries
Monitor costs and budgets
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least 4 years of experience in General Accounting or AZ Accounting
You speak French and/Dutch and have a professional level in English
You have strong communication skills, confidently engaging with local finance teams, auditors and management
You are a problem-solver and adaptable, quickly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions while navigating changing regulations and group structures
You are detail-oriented and precise
