Responsibilities Evaluate and translate requirements into technical system designs Assess design benefits, trade-offs, and validate compliance to meet requirements Support deployment of designs and ensure they meet performance and capacity needs Utilize development tools to address technical or business challenges (e.g., technology evolution, capacity management, performance optimization) Innovate and propose new ideas to enhance existing systems, processes, or services Maintain and update technical documents using clear and precise technical writing Handle complex incident resolutions and conduct root cause analyses Participate in on-duty rotations for system oversight, as required Qualifications Must-have skills Proven knowledge of ICT systems and software packaging Proficiency in Citrix and Microsoft Intune Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, collaboration, flexibility, and results-driven mindset Nice-to-have skills Knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written) Detailed role scope Collaborate on implementing the workplace of the future for end customers Leverage modern technologies for application delivery, including Citrix, SCCM, and Intune Apply best practices for delivering applications (e.g., MSI-X, containerized applications, MSI) Participate in the full lifecycle of application deployment, from software layering to issue resolution Operate within strict security frameworks to ensure system integrity and reliability
