Hardware Team LeadWe are looking for an experienced hardware team lead / project coordinator to join our engineering team. You will manage and steer a dynamic multidisciplinary group of electronics, mechanical and firmware engineers.Responsibilities:You oversee the Design, Prototyping and Validation of the various electronics projects for embedded systems, IoT devices, and industrial applications. You guide junior engineers and collaborate with external partners to bring projects from concept to production.You assist the sales team with your technical expertise throughout the presales processYou validate the feasibility of a project and draw up technical and technological product architecturesYou make budget proposals for engineering projectsYou draw up a weekly project planning and assign project resources based on skillset and availabilityYou kick-off projects and assure that projects get delivered on timeYou guard over the different engineering projects taking agile project management principles into accountYou keep track on scope, cost, time and qualityYou inform the stakeholders and escalate when neededYou are responsible for the daily management of you teamYou inspire your team, know their needs and actively guide them in their development pathYou define, implement and maintain the hardware processesYou validate technical documentation, conduct hardware design reviews,...You keep track of scientific researches, trending technologies, regulatory changes,... that could be of interest for your teamQualifications:You hold a master’s degree in electronics and have minimum 7 years professional experience as hardware project coordinator or similar role.
