To drive that agenda, we're hiring a Head of IT & Digital Transformation — someone who can think strategically and get their hands dirty. Every single day.

Digital and AI are not support functions at Belipact — they are at the core of how we want to grow. We believe that smart use of technology, automation and AI is the key differentiator for a scale-up like ours. This role exists to make that belief a reality: from building IT governance from scratch to deploying AI where it creates real operational impact.

What you'll do

• Design and execute the Digital First strategy across the entire group
• Lead the group-wide ERP implementation (Odoo) and harmonise processes across entities
• Identify and deploy AI and automation opportunities that deliver tangible business results — not proof-of-concepts, but real impact
• Build IT governance, cybersecurity policies and a digital roadmap from scratch
• Modernise the digital workplace (Microsoft 365, cloud, collaboration tools)
• Manage IT vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Be the bridge between technology and business — translating complex topics into clear, actionable language for leadership and operational teams

This is a hands-on role. You won't be managing a large IT department from behind a desk. You'll be configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, running workshops with operational teams, and building alongside external partners. If you love the combination of setting the strategy on Monday and solving a real problem on Tuesday — this is your role.

What you bring

• 10+ years in IT management, digital transformation or technology consulting — ideally in a multi-entity or group environment
• Proven track record leading ERP implementations (Odoo experience is a strong plus)
• A genuine passion for AI and digital innovation — you stay ahead of the curve and know how to apply it practically
• Hands-on experience with M365, cybersecurity frameworks and cloud infrastructure
• Native-level Dutch and French, proficient English
• Background in B2B industrial, energy or technical services sectors is highly valued
