Head of MSAT We are looking for an experienced Head of MSAT to lead our Manufacturing Science and Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the biopharmaceutical field and be capable of overseeing technology transfer activities, project life cycle management, process validation, and production optimization. Responsibilities : •Lead and manage the MSAT team to ensure the success of technology transfer and process validation projects •Project life cycle management •Collaborate with development, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) •Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve production efficiency and quality •Resolve technical issues and provide scientific and technical support to production teams •Participate in the drafting and review of technical and regulatory documents Profile : •University degree in life sciences, engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience •Minimum of 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with significant experience in MSAT •Strong project management and leadership skills •Excellent communication and collaboration skills •In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and process validation requirements •Proficiency in English and French •Significant experience in an international environment and within a CDMO is a major asset We offer: •A motivating job with direct impact on company's results •An opportunity to work with a diversified, enthusiastic, and growing team •An attractive salary package and comprehensive benefits
