As the Head ofSales, you will take ownership of a diverse and dynamic sales organization spanning

the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark . Leading a team of 20 FTEs (and growing), including Sales Representatives and Partner Managers, you will drive revenue growth across these regions by leveraging inbound and partner-driven sales channels. We are looking for a hands-on leader who excels at coaching young, high-energy teams and setting a high bar for performance. With a proven track record in high-volume B2B sales, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our sales operations and optimizing our go-to-market strategy. You will balance strategy and operational execution to drive the performance of our sales and partner teams across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark. On a daily basis, you’ll coach and support team members, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed, while analyzing performance data to refine strategies and optimize results. You’ll work closely with team leads to execute sales plans, align tactics for inbound and partner-driven channels, and ensure seamless collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success. Combining hands-on leadership with a strategic mindset, you’ll focus on delivering growth while fostering a high-energy, results-driven culture. This role is part of the Management Team of Leadinfo located in Capelle a/d Ijssel. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead and manage a commercial organization of 20 FTEs (and counting) across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and establish a results-driven, collaborative environment. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Optimize performance across inbound and partner sales channels tailored to each region. Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets and build strategies to capitalize on them. Performance Management Set KPIs and regularly monitor performance across teams and regions, also reporting and forecasting to (for example) the management team. Ensure accountability through consistent feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Create a collaborative culture working closely with all capabilities such as marketing, development, customer success, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Build and nurture relationships with key partners to maximize the success of the partner channel. Act as a key advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and advocating for resources to support growth initiatives. Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage analytics and CRM tools (HubSpot) to monitor performance and drive improvements. Implement Sales Enablement tools together with our operations team to improve performance. Analyze trends and market data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams in high-volume, low deal-value B2B sales environments. Success in inbound and partner-driven sales models. SaaS or tech industry experience (in a scale up environment) is highly desirable. Proven experience in working with cross cultural teams is more than welcome. Skills & Competencies: Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. Proven ability to inspire, challenge, and grow young, high-energy teams. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a focus on delivering results.
