The Head of Strategic Marketing, Exteriors Division, will spearhead our transformation from a product-centric to a market-driven model, guiding the organisation, designing the strategy, and implementing market segment initiatives that align with the Fibre Cement Platform long-term growth ambitions. This pivotal role encompasses leadership of the Market Segment Teams, overseeing Market Intelligence, Branding, Product Management, Commercial Excellence, and Technical Support for the Division and the Fibre Cement Platform. As an integral part of the Exteriors Leadership team and the Global Fibre Cement Platform, the Head of Strategic Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping our future market presence. What you'll do

Leading the global transformation for the Exteriors Division from a product-centric to a market-driven approach. Lead the organisation in strategizing and executing market segment initiatives in line with the Fibre Cement Platform’s long-term objectives. Build, coach and mentor the Market Segment team, ensuring alignment with the companies’ vision and goals. Lead the collection and analysis of market data and design reporting capabilities to inform strategic decisions. Manage the product lifecycle from development to market launch and beyond. Ensure the commercial strategies built to drive market success. As a member of the Exteriors Leadership team, contribute significantly to the global market strategy of the Fibre Cement Platform. What you'll bring

Proven track record of leading large scale commercial transformation programmes. Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across all levels of a global business. Proven track record of leading a global strategic marketing function focussed on either product or market segments. Experience working within the building products industry. Proven track record of building and developing high performing teams. Experience with building, or leading others to build, comprehensive data and analytics tools to drive strategic decision making.
