We are hiring a HSE Advisor with a strong construction background to join a leading technical construction partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality turnkey projects across Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centres, Food, Logistics, and Pharmaceutical sectors worldwide.

Main Duties and Responsibilities – EHS Advisor

• Implement and promote the company's health and safety policy to prevent injury, illness, and damage.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and statutory requirements.
• Carry out and record regular site safety inspections, reporting findings to key stakeholders.
• Track and ensure timely completion of actions from previous reports.
• Address and challenge unsafe behaviour or non-compliance.
• Support accident investigations and ensure prompt, thorough reporting.
• Ensure all workers and subcontractors receive appropriate site inductions.
• Confirm suitable site setup and welfare facilities are in place.
• Ensure required safety notices are clearly displayed.
• Check permits to work are properly completed and fit for purpose.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of COSHH materials.
• Review risk assessments and method statements for suitability.

Additional Responsibility

• Carry out any reasonable tasks requested by senior staff.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in construction (site experience preferred).
• Relevant EHS qualification.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
